Colby Historic Renovation

Jeff & his team over converted this historic six unit apartment building originally built in 1900 located south of downtown Everett to a law office. New exterior additions include front stamped concrete walkway, sidewalks, steps, ADA ramp and hand railings. Interior additions include new conference room, restrooms, lounge area, reception area and offices. This is just a few pictures from this project.
