Fireplaces
These are two custom fireplace surrounds Jeff has designed and built for clients.
This fireplace update was part if a full room make over. Jeff built the two side hutches, mounted the TV on the wall with all wiring routed through the walls to the left hutch. He installed new flooring and repainting the whole room.
Everett Office Renovation
This 1923 historic building just north of downtown Everett, is transformed into a modern office space in a full scale interior renovation while keeping its historic character by Jeff and his team.
New offices and hallways were designed replicating the same woodwork and architectural details of the original building. This project was extensive with the addition of new offices, custom work stations, new hallways and staircases.

Colby Historic Renovation
Jeff & his team over converted this historic six unit apartment building originally built in 1900 located south of downtown Everett to a law office. New exterior additions include front stamped concrete walkway, sidewalks, steps, ADA ramp and hand railings. Interior additions include new conference room, restrooms, lounge area, reception area and offices. This is just a few pictures from this project.
